First if all you have to feed the hamsters about 2 or 3 times a day.
You can buy food for them in your pet shop were u bought them/it.
And you can give them treats about 2 or 3 times a week. They would eat any fruit or vegtebales but you should not give them meat or sugar. They also can eat grass.
Hamsters store food in there mouth and bring them to were the sleep. Do not worry about them doing this.
You also need to change your hamster cage once a week. Or else they will get sick.
You can buy the shavings in the pet shop. Make sure that your hamsters is comfortable and put it in a place were it cant escape while changin the cage.
You can buy toys for your hamster in a pet store. Toys like a running ball are good exersice for your hamster. And also if a wheel didnt come with the cage you can also buy that in a pet shop.

Hamsters can eat meat in the wild they would eat bugs and small bird eggs. This is true as I'm a student at a high class animal college and also my parents are vets I have bred hamsters since I was 13 now im 18. So meat in little amounts are fine.
